Viewing reminders can be sent to prospective buyers by either SMS or email. SMS reminders are sent using the contact's recorded mobile number, while email reminders resend the original viewing confirmation email.
To send a viewing reminder, please follow the steps listed below:
Go to Sales properties > Sales viewings
Locate the viewing appointment
On the left-hand side of the table, select the arrow icon (
)Locate the viewer who should receive the reminder
To send a text message reminder, click on the number under the Mobile telephone column. A pre-populated SMS message will appear, which can be sent to the viewer
To resend the original viewing confirmation email, click on the envelope icon within the Send email column
