Viewing reminders can be sent to prospective buyers by either SMS or email. SMS reminders are sent using the contact's recorded mobile number, while email reminders resend the original viewing confirmation email.
To send a viewing reminder, please follow the steps listed below:
Go to Sales properties > Viewing management > Viewings
Locate the viewing appointment
On the left-hand side of the table, select the arrow icon (
)Locate the viewer who should receive the reminder
To send a text message reminder, select the number under the Contact details column or select the SMS icon in the Communication column
To resend the original viewing confirmation email, select the envelope icon within the Communication column, highlighted below
