1. Accessing the dashboard
Our dashboard area allows users to view useful statistics from various sections of the system at a glance.
To access the dashboard, please click on the Dashboard icon in the top bar (highlighted below).
For our Plus Package customers, dashboard widgets are customisable by branch, team and multiple individuals. Please see the link below for more information on our packages. If you would like to upgrade your package, please email [email protected].
2. Viewing the dashboard
Each user will have access to the below dashboards:
Property management
General statistics
Tenants
Landlords
Sales - only relevant to clients who use our Estate agency system
To change which dashboard is being viewed, expand the dropdown menu under View all dashboards (highlighted below) and select the relevant option.
Clicking on the Full screen button located to the top right corner of the dashboard will remove the menu options along the top of the page, making the dashboard the focal point. This is useful for showing the dashboard on larger screens around the office.
3. Dashboard widgets
A widget is an element that displays information regarding a specific process or business area.
Each dashboard is set up to display multiple widgets within one dashboard. Please see below screenshot for an example of this. Hover over the ? icon for a description of what the widget shows.
Within each widget, there is a link icon (highlighted above) which, when clicked on, will redirect you to the relevant system page for that data.
For example, clicking the link icon on the Safety certificates widget will take you to the safety certificates and compliance page where you can gather further information and complete any relevant actions.
