Access to the system is limited based on geographic location. As a security precaution, login attempts from certain countries are blocked. These restrictions apply only to system authentication and do not affect access to shared files or statement links.
Users who are travelling abroad or working remotely are advised to take the following steps to maintain uninterrupted access:
Install a VPN (Virtual Private Network):
A VPN should be configured prior to travel to ensure secure and consistent access to the system. Common VPN's include NordVPN, ExpressVPN and Surfshark.Connect to a Trusted VPN Server:
Use a VPN server located in an unrestricted region (i.e. the UK) to avoid login issues.
Please note: We do not allow foreign IP addresses to be added to an allow-list. Doing so would bypass the firewall’s built-in protections and increase the exposure of the system to potential threats.
