1. Setting up
To have the Keyhive integration set up, please email [email protected] and request an API key for Keyhive.
Once received, please forward this to your Account manager at Keyhive who will then finalise the integration setup.
2. How it works
Keyhive allows users to track and manage their keys using the latest technology. Once the integration is set up, the below data can be accessed by Keyhive:
Property details (including the key fob reference and key hook number)
The passing of this data allows users to track the movement of their keys on Keyhive accurately.
Note: The integration is one-way, and we do not receive any data from Keyhive. For example, logging keys out on Keyhive will not show on the Key Log in SME Professional.
