Keyzapp is a flexible key-tracking system that helps agents with the management of their keys.
1. Setting up
To have the Keyzapp integration set up, please email [email protected] and request an API key for Keyzapp.
Once received, please forward this to your Account manager at Keyzapp who will then finalise the integration setup.
2. How it works
Keyzapp allows users to track and manage their keys using the latest technology. Once the integration is set up, the below data can be accessed by Keyzapp:
Property details (including the key fob reference and key hook number)
The passing of this data allows users to accurately track the movement of their keys on Keyzapp.
Note: The integration is one-way, and we do not receive any data from Keyzapp. For example, logging keys out on Keyzapp will not show on the Key Log in SME Professional.
