There are two ways to upload property images to SME Professional. Please find below guidance on both options.
1. Property record
Go to Sales Properties > View available properties
Locate the required property
In the Address column, select the street name
Select Upload > Photographs
Drag and drop the images into the window, or click on Add files and locate the relevant files
Select Start upload
Once uploaded, close the pop-up and refresh the page. To view the uploaded images, select the Photos tab.
To delete an image, follow steps 1 - 4 above and click on the Delete button against the image file to be removed.
2. Publish to marketing sites
Images can also be uploaded from the Publish to marketing sites page.
Go to Sales Properties > Publish to marketing sites
In the Images column, click on
Drag and drop the images into the window, or click on Add files and locate the relevant files
Select Start upload
Once uploaded, close the pop-up and refresh the page. The number in the Images column will have been updated to reflect the number of images that have just been uploaded.
Note: To ensure property images are accepted by marketing portals, please upload them as JPG/JPEG files.
The maximum image size that can be uploaded to the system is 20 MB.
