There are two ways in which property images can be uploaded on SME Professional, please find below guidance on both options.
1. Property record
Go to Sales Properties > View available properties
Locate the property in question
Within the Address column, click on the street name
Click on Upload > Photographs
Drag and drop the images into the window, or click on Add files and locate the relevant files
Click on Start upload
Once uploaded, close the pop-up and refresh the page. To view the uploaded images, click on the Photos tab.
To delete an image, follow steps 1 - 4 above and click on the Delete button against the image file to be removed.
2. Publish to marketing sites
Go to Sales Properties > Publish to marketing sites
Within the Images column, click on
Drag and drop the images into the window, or click on Add files and locate the relevant files
Click Start upload
Once uploaded, close the pop-up and refresh the page. The number showing within the No. of images column will have updated to reflect the number of images that have just been uploaded.
Note: To allow property images to be accepted by marketing portals, please ensure they are uploaded as JPG/JPEG files.
The maximum image size that can be uploaded to the system is 20 MB.
