The Lettings properties > Property balances page displays an overview of the tenant arrears and landlord balances for all active properties.
Common processes on this page include the Landlord payment run and the monitoring of Tenant arrears.
It also acts as a hub, providing easy access to the Landlord ledger (click on the value within the Landlord balance column) and Tenant ledger (click on the value within the Tenant arrears column).
Each table column is sortable and the search field can be used to filter down the table results. The View dropdown on the left sidebar can filter the data based on property management type.
