The Lettings properties > Property balances page provides an overview of tenant arrears and landlord balances across all active properties.
Common tasks performed on this page include running the Landlord payment run and monitoring Tenant arrears.
The page also serves as a central access point for property accounting information:
Click a value in the Landlord balance column to open the Landlord ledger.
Click a value in the Tenant arrears column to open the Tenant ledger.
All table columns can be sorted, and the search field can be used to filter the displayed results. The View dropdown in the left-hand sidebar can be used to filter properties by management type.
