SME Professional AI

We are delighted to announce the release of the first of our planned Artificial Intelligence systems. This feature analyses potential tenant and buyer viewing feedback and provides a synopsis of positive and negative sentiment. This latest release also includes a graph showing the split between positive and negative points made. This tool allows you to quickly identify trends that can be fed back to your clients.

If you collect viewing feedback from potential tenants and buyers and wish this enabled, then please contact our support team.

Owner Portal

The option to include the property manager's details to clients has been added to the lettings side of the owner portal. This will display the contact details and photograph of the property manager. This option is also available for negotiators of sales properties. Please contact our support team if you wish this enabled.

Keyhive

SME Professional has a new integration with the new key management platform Keyhive (https://www.keyhive.io/)

Using Keyhive’s scannable key fobs and kiosk, keys can be signed out in seconds, saving agents valuable time.

Contractor summary page

We have added the contractor's status on the contractor payment summary page.

Additional branch filtering options

We have added additional branch filtering options for clients enabled with branches in a single system (the other branch option is system switching enabled as a dropdown in the top right of the screen). The following pages have been updated:

  • View properties

  • Inspections

  • Maintenance

  • Safety certificates

  • Electronic signatures

  • Potential tenants

  • Potential landlords

  • Property balances

  • Key log

Copy password button

We have added a button to copy to the clipboard new system-generated passwords. Previously, users highlighted and copied the password.

Offer email merge fields

The merge code option for full formal names on the offer emails has been updated to read, for example, "Mr John Morris and Mrs Gemma Morris" for two vendors/buyers, or "Dr Jennifer Smith, Mr John Smith and Mr David Smith" for three or more parties.

Chain management

We have updated and simplified the interface for adding new properties to a chain. An initial box will prompt the user to confirm whether their agency is selling the property. If the user selects "Yes", then the option to add an existing property from their system will be displayed. If the user selects "No", then a box will appear to allow the user to select either a property that they are not selling, which has previously been added to a chain, or input the details of a new property to the chain.

Tenancy agreement user-defined custom merge fields

For users who have a range of custom merge fields (with associated templates) set up for generating tenancy agreements, we have added new functionality to list all of the custom merge fields currently set up in the system and display the title and description of each of the associated templates.

Coming soon

Automated invoicing and correspondence

We currently have two companies working on integrations to automatically scan invoices attached to emails and send them to SME Professional. One of these systems will also include the option to receive emails from your clients and push them directly into the correspondence log. We will be in touch with further updates as the work progresses.

LeadPro

We are working on an integration with LeadPro, allowing leads to be synchronised with SME Professional. This includes adding some new features to our Portal leads page.

We look forward to sending out further information in due course.
