Muuvo
SME Professional has a new integration with the utility management platform Muuvo. Muuvo simplifies the process of notifying councils and utilities, making lives easier for agents and home movers. The platform integrates seamlessly with SME Professional and automates the process of changing tenancies for council and utility billing. Agents can also earn commissions when tenants purchase products via Muuvo. Muuvo also offers a void management service that enables agents to earn a commission from vacating tenancies while adding a landlord bill credit to all void bills.

Volta
Telephone provider Volta Support is working on an integration with SME Professional. Volta provides IT, telecoms, and connectivity for companies across the UK. This integration will connect SME Professional’s CRM with Volta’s VOIP platform and will identify if a caller is a tenant or an owner, making sure calls are passed to the right teams quickly and efficiently. It connects with Softphone, Teams, mobile apps and desk phones.

Let Alliance Vision+
We have launched an integration with Let Alliance's new Vision+ referencing platform.
Key updates include:
New 'Right to Rent Check required' and 'Rent Guarantee Check Required' fields, allowing users to indicate if these checks should be added to the application.
Updated preview layout which allows users to review information before submitting
Streamlined process for updating application details – click the edit pencil icon to open the record in a new tab, make the necessary updates, return to the preview, and click 'Refresh' to update the preview with the latest information.

Managing support access
A 'Support access' page is now available with the 'Admin' menu, allowing users to manage SME Professional support access to their system.
If you require help from our support and onboarding teams to assist with your setup, help with new features, or showcase best practices, please ensure this access has been enabled.

Property overview - Viewing tab updates
We have made the following changes to the 'Viewings' tab in the lettings and sales property overviews:
The table now displays one row per viewing appointment
Added a new 'Enquirer's Name' column showing the viewer's name
Added a new 'Viewer's Status' column displaying the status of each viewer
User activity report - additional metrics (Sales)
We have added the following metrics to the User activity report, which can be found under Sales properties > Sales reports. This report details user activities on the system.

Total sales fees
Sales progression - Show all buyers (Sales)
The 'Lead buyer' column on the View Sales Progression page has been updated to display the names of all buyers and has been renamed to 'Buyer(s)'.
Adding room dimensions in feet and inches
An update has been released to improve how users enter property room dimensions in feet and inches.
There are no changes for those entering dimensions in metres.
Showing invoice date on landlord statements
We have updated our statements to include the invoice date against deductions.
As a reminder, customers can also include invoices as links on their statements. For more information, please contact our Financial Support team.
Offer email updates (Sales)
Previously, the lead buyer contact was emailed regarding offer updates. We have updated these emails to now include linked buyers.
