We have released new functionality for chain management. Buyer chains can now be created in the buyer overview page. The chains can be built and managed while having other key information to hand. Properties your business is selling can still be added to the chain directly, or properties being sold by other agents can have their details entered. A second phase of this project is currently underway to simplify the interface for adding new properties to a chain. A new traffic light system has been added to assist users with managing the chain.

The creation of vendor chains has been moved to the property overview page. Buyer chains will be added to this chain upon acceptance of an offer.

For most of our website customers we now have the option of now adding a new "Property preview" to your website. This allows you to send a preview link to vendors and landlords of what the property advertisement will look like on the website and can remove the need to send a brochure to owners for approval. SME Professional creates and displays this link in a field in the property record.

We have updated the maximum number of standard percentage management fees to over 1000. For any customers who wish to go above the current limit please get in touch. This update may be useful for customers who charge a fixed rate for properties, but wish to display them as a percentage.

SME Professional has a new integration with the utility management platform Tenant Shop. Tenant Shop simplifies the process of notifying councils and utilities, saving time and money for agents and home movers. The platform integrates seamlessly with SME Professional and automates the process of utility switchovers when changing tenancies.

Tenant Shop also finds bespoke deals on broadband and TV for tenants and its insurance and protection brokers also offer competitive products.

We have been approached by a company regarding adding automated invoice systems to SME Professional. Invoices from contractors would be electronically received and processed, before being inserted automatically into SME Professional. This would eliminate the need for manual entry of invoices.

We have some fantastic new releases coming soon. These range from AI based functionality to our new Material Information Property Information Questionnaire system. We are also nearing release of our Digital Window Display system for both properties (selected to be featured from SME Professional) and business marketing imagery.
