Below is a table detailing the default settings of the user access levels in the system, and which pages each level has access to:
Level | Access |
Superuser / Level 0 | All pages in the system plus the ability to manage users |
Level 1 | All pages in the system |
Level 2 | All pages except the View profits page |
Level 3 | All pages except the View profits and Exports pages |
Level 4 | All pages except Bank and Financial dropdowns and the Exports page. All Property balance pages are restricted except the Landlord deductions page (this is used for adding landlord expenses) |
Level 5 | All pages except Bank and Financial dropdowns and the Exports page. All Property balance pages are restricted, including the Landlord deductions page. |
