Below is a table detailing the default settings of the user access levels in the system, and which pages each level has access to:
Level | Access |
Superuser / Level 0 | All pages in the system plus the ability to manage users |
Level 1 | All pages in the system |
Level 2 | All pages except the View profits page and Performance metrics page |
Level 3 | All pages except the View profits, Exports and Performance metrics pages |
Level 4 | All pages except Bank and Financial dropdowns and the Exports and Performance metrics pages. All Property balance pages are restricted except the Landlord deductions page (this is used for adding landlord expenses) |
Level 5 | All pages except Bank and Financial dropdowns and the Exports and Performance metrics pages. All Property balance pages are restricted, including the Landlord deductions page. |
