The Performance metrics page provides a consolidated view of key performance metrics that are automatically calculated from live system data. It gives users immediate insight into operational health. 

Users can hover over the Q-tip icon next to each report, highlighted below, to see the source of the figure shown.

The performance metrics page is accessible to any user with access level 0 or by default. Please reach out to our Support team (<a href="mailto:support@smeprofessional.co.uk" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@smeprofessional.co.uk</a>) should you require further clarification on the data shown or wish to amend the user access restrictions on this page.

Users with multiple branches can filter by branch using the <b>Branch</b> dropdown menu shown below to view performance metrics for specific branches.
