Once a buyer has noted interest in a property, it can be recorded as a date stamp against the buyer's record on the property overview page. The details of this note can be recorded in the buyer record.
1. Recording a note of interest
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the relevant property and select the house icon in the Overview column
Select the tick in the Note of interest column of the respective buyer
The tick icon will be replaced with a date stamp, indicating when the note of interest was recorded.
2. Viewing notes of interest
The total number of notes of interest recorded against a property can be viewed:
In the Marketing tab of the property overview page
On the View available properties page
This allows buyer interest levels to be assessed at a glance.
3. Adding note of interest details
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the relevant property and select the house icon in the Overview column
Select the name of the relevant buyer
Add the details of the note of interest to the Additional lead information field
Select Submit
The buyer record can also be found under Sales properties > Potential buyer.
4. Deleting a note of interest
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the relevant property and select the house icon in the Overview column
Select the edit pencil icon of the relevant buyer
Select the red cross next to the Note of interest calendar
