Potential buyers - Adding a note of interest

Once a buyer has expressed interest in a property, this can be recorded as a date stamp against the buyer record on the property overview page. The details of this note can be recorded in the buyer record.

1. Recording a note of interest

  1. Go to Sales properties > View available properties

  2. Locate the relevant property and click on the house icon in the Overview column

  3. Click the tick in the Note of interest column of the respective buyer

The tick will then be replaced with a date stamp. The number of notes of interest against a property can be seen at a glance in the Marketing tab of the property overview, as well as from the View available properties page.

2. Adding details

  1. Go to Sales properties > View available properties

  2. Locate the relevant property and click on the house icon in the Overview column

  3. Click on the name of the relevant buyer

  4. Add the details of the note of interest to the Additional lead information

  5. Click Submit

The buyer record can also be located by going to Sales properties > Potential buyer.

3. Deleting a note of interest

  1. Go to Sales properties > View available properties

  2. Locate the relevant property and click on the house icon in the Overview column

  3. Click on the edit pencil icon of the relevant buyer

  4. Click on the red cross next to the Note of interest calendar
