The buyer overview page allows users to view a wide variety of information for a single buyer record in one place. To access this page, please follow the steps below:
Go to Sales properties > Potential buyer
Locate the relevant buyer record
Within the Overview column, click on the
icon
Users can access information such as viewings, viewing feedback, previous correspondence, and offers here. Below is a breakdown of this page's layout.
Examples:
To view which properties this buyer has booked a viewing for, click the viewings tab.
If a buyer wishes to make an offer for a property they are linked with, users can input this within the linked properties tab. You can also view any offers made for other properties.
