The buyer overview page consolidates key information about a buyer into a single page, making it easier to manage enquiries and track engagement throughout the sales process.
Go to Sales properties > Potential buyer
Locate the relevant buyer record
In the Overview column, select the
icon
Users can access information such as viewings, viewing feedback, previous correspondence, and offers here. Below is a breakdown of this page's layout.
Examples:
To view which properties this buyer has booked a viewing for, select the viewings tab.
If a buyer wishes to make an offer on a property they are linked to, they can enter it in the linked properties tab. You can also view any offers made for other properties.
