Homebox is a free software service that simplifies the process of setting up utilities during a change of tenancy. It manages everything from home setup for renters, periods when properties are void and providing accurate utility notifications.
1. Setting up
Please email [email protected] and request an API key for Homebox/Billing Bt. Once generated, we will send this to Homebox in an encrypted document.
2. How it works
Homebox will perform daily syncs to collect data from your system related to new move-ins and void periods.
Note: For the data to be accurate, it is important that users create and end tenancies where required
