Muuvo allows agents to earn a commission from all vacating tenancies when using our void management service. Different service levels are offered for different tenancy types, including fully managed and let-only. Muuvo's platform offers a convenient timeline that displays the delivery status of all council and utility notifications. Additionally, Muuvo will send agents an email receipt of all the work that has been completed, so you have a record of it.
1. Setting up
To have this integration set up, please email [email protected] and request an API key for Muuvo. Once received, please forward this to your Account manager at Muuvo who will finalise the integration setup.
2. How it works
At certain time intervals, Muuvo will pull the required data directly from your system. For the data to be accurate, it is important that users create and end tenancies where required and add meter readings.
