Integrations - OneUtilityBill (Notify)

OneUtilityBill makes managing bills easy for tenants, landlords and letting agents. Their Notify service makes things simpler, saves property professionals time, and helps them earn a commission too.

Notify can inform electricity, gas, water and council tax providers when a tenant is moving in.

Our integration with Notify removes the need to manually enter move-in data as it pulls the required information directly from the SME Professional software.

1. Setting up

Please email [email protected] and request an API key for OneUtilityBill/Notify. Once received, please forward this to your Account manager at Notify, who will finalise the integration setup.

2. How it works

Notify will pull the required data directly from your system to process utility changeovers for new move-ins at regular intervals. For the data to be accurate, users must create and end tenancies where required.

Notify has a minimum data requirement, such as the tenant's preferred phone number and email address. If this information is not entered into SME Professional, Notify will not process the move-in.
