Once a property sale has been completed or withdrawn, the associated sales progression record can still be viewed using the filters available on the Sales Progression page.
Go to Sales properties > Sales progression
Expand the Filter by Property Status dropdown
Select Past Property to display all completed and withdrawn properties
To refine the results further, expand the Filter by Secondary Status dropdown and select either:
Completed to view completed property sales, or
Withdrawn to view withdrawn properties.
The page will then display the sales progression records for properties matching the selected criteria, allowing users to review the progression history of completed or withdrawn sales.
