1. Sale property is withdrawn
If a sales property is withdrawn by the owner, please follow the steps listed below to archive the property:
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the relevant property
In the Property status column, select Past property - Withdrawn
Users can locate withdrawn properties by using the Filter by property status and Filter by secondary status dropdown menus on the View available properties page.
2. Sale falls through
If an agreed sale does not complete, the sales progression record should be updated to reflect that the sale has fallen through.
Go to Sales properties > View sales progression
Locate the relevant property
In the Status column, select Fall through
The sales progression process will be archived; however, the property record will remain active, allowing users to continue marketing the property and search for a new buyer.
2.1 Viewing All Fallen-Through Sales
To view all properties with a fallen-through sale:
Go to Sales Properties > View Sales Progression
Open the Filter by Process Status dropdown
Select Fall Through
