1. Sale property is withdrawn
If a sales property is withdrawn by the owner, please follow the steps listed below to archive the property:
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the relevant property
In the property status column, select Past property - Withdrawn
Users can locate withdrawn properties by using the Filter by property status and Filter by secondary status dropdown menus on the View available properties page.
2. Sale falls through
If the sale of a property falls through, please follow the steps to reflect this on the system:
Go to Sales properties > View sales progression
Locate the relevant property
In the status column, select Fall through
The selected sales process will be archived but the property record itself will remain open so that users can start the search to find new buyers.
To locate all sales that have fallen through, go to Sales Properties > View sales progression, expand the Filter by process status dropdown and select Fall through.
