1. Sales progression overview
A property will only appear on the View Sales Progression page once an offer has been accepted against it.
The sales progression process is divided into seven stages, shown below, allowing users to track the progress of a sale from offer acceptance through to completion.
The View sales progression page is based on a traffic light system:
If a stage is set to Not started, it will show as GREY
If a stage is set to In progress, it will show as AMBER
If a stage is set to Complete, it will show as GREEN
If a stage is set to On hold or Potential problems identified, it will show as RED
2. Updating the Sales progression
Go to Sales properties > View sales progression
Locate the relevant property
In the relevant stage column, select the box icon
A pop-up window will appear displaying the stage details
Populate the fields as required
Update the Stage progress field (if required)
Select Update
The updated status will immediately be reflected on the View Sales Progression page and displayed using the appropriate traffic light colour coding.
