1. Sales progression overview
A property will only appear on the View sales progression page once it has an offer accepted against it. For further information on how to add/accept an offer, please click here.
The sales progression process is split up into 7 stages (as shown below).
The View sales progression page is based on a traffic light system:
If a stage is set to Not started, it will show as GREY
If a stage is set to In progress, it will show as AMBER
If a stage is set to Complete, it will show as GREEN
If a stage is set to On hold or Potential problems identified, it will show as RED
2. Updating the Sales progression
Go to Sales properties > View sales progression
Locate the property in question
Within the relevant stage column, click on the box icon
A pop-up will appear where the user can then update the selected stage
Populate the fields as required
Update the Stage progress field (if required)
Click Update
