Please email [email protected] and request a KPR Global API key. Once received, please pass this on to your Account Manager at KPR Global.
2. How it works
At certain intervals, KPR Global will pull property and tenant information from your system. The integration also extends to pushing new maintenance reports into SME
Professional, removing the need for users to add the reports to the system manually.
Within the 'Issue manager' section of KPR Global, select 'Send to SME' from the 'Actions' dropdown. This will create an open maintenance report against the property in SME Professional.
