1. Setting up
To set up the integration, please email [email protected] and request an API key for TouchRight.
TouchRight has created a tutorial video on how to set up and use the integration, so when your API key has been received, please click here and follow the steps to set up the integration.
2. How it works
This integration allows property information to be pulled from SME Professional into your TouchRight account. This information includes property addresses and details of linked tenants and landlords.
Once a report is finalised on TouchRight, a URL link to the report will be automatically fed back into SME Professional and logged against the relevant property in the Inspection reports page. Please see an example below of how the link will look in SME Professional.
To open the report, click on the URL link and the PDF report will open online.
