The Lettings properties > Safety certificates and compliance page lists all current certificates either expired or due to expire within the next 4 weeks by default.
This page can be used to track any upcoming safety certificates due for renewal based on the current certificate expiry date.
1. Tracking upcoming certificate renewals
1.1 Expiry date column
Locate the Expiry date column and click on the column header (shown below).
The table will sort the results chronologically by expiry date and bring to the top those with dates furthest in the past (if any) followed by those with dates in the near future.
1.2. View by certificate expiry date filters
The Expiry date filter (shown below), allows certificates to be filtered based on the expiry date
Expand the dropdown menu and select the relevant filter option
Only certificates due to expire within the selected filter date range will be listed
Should users wish to view safety certificates due to expire within a specific date range, the required date range can be selected using the Change date range filter on this page to filter by the certificate expiry dates, shown below:
Note: This will include certificates that have already been renewed.
