1. Accessing the All certificates page
Go to Lettings Properties > Safety certificates and compliance
Click on All in the View filter
The Properties > Safety certificates and compliance page lists all certificates that have expired as well as those due to expire whereas the All certificates page lists all certificates, past and current.
The page defaults to show 4 months’ worth of certificates, however, this date range can be altered to suit the user's needs.
2. Changing the date range
The expiry date filters (shown below) can be used to view any certificates outwith the default expiry range.
Expiry date: This dropdown comes with pre-set date range options that the user can choose from including 1 week, 7 weeks and 52 weeks. For example, if 7 weeks was selected, the page would update to list all certificates with an expiry date within the next 7 weeks.
Change date range: This filter option gives users a greater degree of flexibility as they can set the exact date range they are looking for. For example, to view all certificates with an expiry date of April 2019, the filters would be set as from 2019-04-01 to 2019-04-30
The data can be further filtered using the Search field to view certificates of a certain type or for a certain property or contractor. To export the data in Excel format, click on the Export button (located to the right of the search field).
