Before proceeding, users should have first deducted any withholding tax.
To preview landlord statements:
Navigate to Lettings properties > Property balances
From the left sidebar, click on Preview statements
Users will be redirected to a new page with a URL link to the preview statements. It is strongly advised that users review the preview statements to ensure accuracy before proceeding.
At this stage, it is possible to change items within these statements.
If any rent payments are assigned to incorrect rent invoices, please click here for information on how to update these
If any rent invoices are incorrect (for example, running from the 5th to 4th instead of the 1st to the 31st), please click here for information on how to update these
Once the preview statements have been reviewed and any issues corrected, users can proceed to the next step - Generating postal and email landlord statements.
