To set the How to Rent guide transmission preference for a tenant, please follow the steps listed below: 

Within the Marketing section, expand the How to rent guide dropdown and select By email or By post

1. Go to Tenants &gt; View tenants
2. Locate the relevant tenant
3. Click on the edit pencil icon
4. Open the Other tab
5. Within the Marketing section, expand the How to rent guide dropdown and select By email or By post 
6. Click Update tenant
