Documents - Viewing previously generated statements and emails

Please find below guidance on how to locate previously generated statement documents and statement emails.

1. Locating previously generated documents

  1. Go to Lettings properties > View properties

  2. Locate the property in question

  3. In the View column, expand the dropdown and select View uploaded files

  4. Open the Owners and tenants tab and locate the Statements folder

  5. In the View documents column, click on the three dots/lines icon

  6. Users will be directed to a new page that lists all statements that have been generated for that property

  7. To open a statement document, click on the filename

Alternatively, statements can be accessed via the Landlord's ledger, as indicated below:

  1. Go to Lettings properties > View properties

  2. Locate the property in question

  3. In the View column, expand the dropdown and select Ledger (landlord)

  4. Click View statements

  5. Users will be directed to a new page that lists all statements that have been generated for that specific property

  6. To open a statement document, click on the filename

2. Locating previously sent statement emails

Note: Previously sent statement emails are not recorded within the View correspondence page and instead, are logged within a specific Email statements page.

  1. Go to Lettings properties > Property balances

  2. Click Email statements

  3. This page will display all Unsent statement emails by default

  4. To view previously sent email statements, expand the Status filter and select Sent (shown below)

  5. To send all previously unsent statement emails, select Send all unsent emails
