1. Linking an owner to a property
To link a sales property to an owner that already exists on your system, please follow the steps below:
Go to Sales properties > View appraisals or Sales > View available properties (depending on the stage the property is at)
Locate the property
In the Actions & Views column, expand the dropdown and select Link to owner
Select the name of the owner to be linked to this property
Select Submit
2. Viewing owner-property links
Go to Owners > Property Link Table (or Owners > Property Owner Links)
Review the displayed list of owner-property links
Use the Search field to locate specific records
This table can be exported by selecting the Export button on the right-hand side of the Search field.
3. Removing owner-property links
Go to Owners > Property Link Table (or Owners > Property Owner Links)
Locate the link that needs to be removed - either by searching the property address or the owner's name
Select the red X button in the Delete link column
Note: Deleting an owner-property link only removes the association between the two records and will not delete the owner or property record
