1. Linking a tenant to a property
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the property in question
In the Action column, expand the dropdown and select Link to tenant
Select the tenant that is to be linked to this property
Enter any other relevant information
Click Submit
2. Viewing tenant-property links
Go to Tenants > Property-tenant links
This page provides users with a list of all current properties and tenants linked to them
The search field can be used to narrow down the page results, for example, search by the property address to see all tenants linked to that one property
Note: If a property has more than one tenant linked to it, then the property will appear in the list more than once, with each linked tenant listed separately.
3. Removing tenant-property links
Go to Tenants > Property link table
Locate the link that needs to be removed by searching the property address or tenant's name
In the Delete link column, click on the red cross icon
