For lettings properties:
Go to Lettings properties > View properties
Locate the required property
In the Action column, expand the dropdown and select Create window advert
For sales properties:
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the required property
In the Actions & Views column, expand the dropdown and select Create window advert
Then follow the below steps to create the advert:
Choose a template
Based on the selected template, the system will automatically tick the required number of images
In the features field, 6 features will be automatically selected (taken from the free-text feature fields in the property record)
Users can amend the automatically selected images and features if required
If required, tick the Add 'let agreed' banner to the advert checkbox
The Descriptive text field pulls from the Window Advert Description field within the property record but can be amended if required
Click Create advert
A new blank window will appear, and the advert will be downloaded as a Word document (highlighted below) in the top right hand corner
To open this document, click on the downloaded file
Important! The above blank window must be closed before the next advert is created.
