HelloReport is a property inventory software that allows agents to quickly and effectively create top-quality inventory, inspection and check-out reports on their iPhone, iPad or Android device.
1. Setting up
To set up this integration, please email [email protected] and request an API key for HelloReport.
Once received, please forward the API key to your Account manager at HelloReport who will then finalise the integration setup.
2. How it works
This integration allows property information to be pulled from SME Professional into your HelloReport account.
Once a report is finalised on HelloReport, a URL link to the report will be automatically fed back into SME Professional and logged against the relevant property.
Inspection report links will pull through to the Properties > Inspections > Inspection reports page.
Inventory report links will pull through to the Properties > Inventories and appliances > Inventory reports page.
Please see below for an example of how this report may appear on SME Professional. To open the report, click on the URL link and the PDF report will open online.
