To change the lead property in a portfolio, please follow the steps listed below:
Navigate to Lettings properties > Property link table
Locate the property to be made the new lead
Within the Change lead property column, click on Set lead property
A confirmation message will appear asking users whether past statements (generated against the old lead property) should be copied across to the new lead property
OK - Past statements will be copied across and can be accessed through the View uploaded files section of the new lead property
Cancel - Past statements will not be copied across and can only be accessed through the View uploaded files section of the old lead property
For reference, the Set lead property column will show as Already lead property against the lead property in each portfolio.
As an optional step, the landlord payment date against the new lead property of the portfolio can be updated by following the steps below:
Navigate to Lettings properties > View Properties
Search for the new lead property
Within the Action column, expand the drop-down and select Landlord payment dates
Complete the form as required
