The system provides a built-in AI tool that assists in generating property descriptions based on existing property details. Users may enhance the generated content by adding custom tags and editing the previewed text before saving it to the property record.
Note: The AI-generated description is based on existing property data. For best results, ensure that all relevant property information is accurately entered beforehand.
1. Accessing the property description AI tool
Go to Lettings properties > View properties or Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the required property
In the Street column, click on the property address
Select the Descriptions tab
Click the Generate AI button adjacent to the required description field (highlighted below)
2. Generating the property description
Following the steps above in section 1, a pop-up window will appear displaying many of the details already entered into the property record, eg on street parking
To include additional details, enter relevant keywords into the Property tags field
Click Generate to update the description preview
The previewed text is editable allowing users to make any necessary adjustments directly within the preview box
Once the description is finalised, click Submit. The system will populate the selected description field with the final text
