The property overview page allows users to view a wide variety of information for a single property in one place. To access this page, please follow the steps below:
Go to Sales Properties > View available properties
Locate the required property
If the property is not visible, adjust the Filter by Offer Status filter as required
In the Overview column, select the house icon
Users can access information on the sales process, chain management, previous correspondence, potential buyer/landlord details and more. Below is a breakdown of this page's layout.
Examples:
Select Offers in the Marketing tab to view and manage all offers for the property.
To view previous correspondence for the selected property, select the Correspondence tab. The table will then update to list all previous correspondence (eg previously sent emails and texts).
The Viewing feedback summary widget uses AI to capture key sentiments and trends so users can see, at a glance, how the property is being perceived, with a split between positive and negative sentiments displayed in the graph. To enable the Viewing feedback summary widget, please contact our Support team.
Users can see all feedback by clicking on the Viewing feedback tab in the accordion menu.
