The Publish to Marketing Sites page displays only properties that are considered marketable.
The following property statuses are eligible for publication:
Occupied on market
Unoccupied on market
Sold STC
Sold STCM
Under offer
Properties with either of the following statuses are excluded from the Publish to Marketing Sites page:
Occupied off-market sale
Unoccupied off-market sale
When one of these statuses is selected, a message is displayed within the property record confirming that the property will not be published to marketing sites, as shown below.
Note: Once an off-market sale property has an offer accepted, the property will continue to be omitted from the 'Publish to marketing sites' page, even though it has a status of 'Sold STC', 'Sold STCM' or 'Under offer'. This is because the system remembers that the property's previous status was off-market.
