Sales properties will appear on the Publish to marketing sites page only when set to a marketable status (Occupied/Unoccupied on market, Sold STC, Sold STCM and Under offer).
If 'Occupied off-market sale' or 'Unoccupied off-market sale' has been selected as the property status, the property will be excluded from the 'Publish to marketing sites' page. A message confirming this will be displayed within the property record, as shown below.
Note: Once an off-market sale property has an offer accepted, the property will continue to be omitted from the 'Publish to marketing sites' page, even though it has a status of 'Sold STC', 'Sold STCM' or 'Under offer'. This is because the system remembers that the property's previous status was off-market.
