The View Available Properties page covers both the pre-marketing and marketing stages of the sales process. It provides access to key information for each property, including pricing, offers received, and current sales status.
Properties with the following statuses are displayed on this page:
Pending
Occupied on Market
Unoccupied on Market
SSTC (Sold Subject to Contract)
SSTCM (Sold Subject to Contract Missives)
Under Offer
The View available properties page presents users with a wide range of information about each property, including the advertised price, the number of offers submitted, and the final offer price (if an offer has been submitted).
1. Pre-marketing stage
The pre-marketing stage is based on a traffic light system (shown below)
1.1 Updating the pre-marketing stage
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the required property
In the Pre-marketing column, select the box icon
Complete or amend the relevant pre-marketing information, such as when the Survey was instructed/carried out, when the Property questionnaire and Home report were received, or who approved the Home report
Update the Pre-marketing status as required
Select Update
2. Marketing stage
The marketing stage is also colour-coded, but unlike the pre-marketing stage, it is based on a property's status.
