Acaboom
​Acaboom is designed specifically to help estate agents convert market appraisals into instructions by using client and market intelligence to more effectively communicate key selling messages.

The integration between SME Professional software and Acaboom saves time, and prevents duplication and errors; market appraisal details that are logged in SME Professional are automatically sent to Acaboom, and the Pre-Valuation Report is sent in seconds to the client.

An easily customisable presentation is then created in Acaboom, ready for the valuer to add comparable property and market data, add to the marketing proposal, and be shown to the vendor.

Movinghub
​Movinghub is a top international utilities changeover provider and our integration with them removes the need to manually enter all the relevant data into Movinghub as they will pull the required information directly from the SME Professional software.

It makes the moving in process easier for letting agents and tenants easier by offering a simple way to switch utilities, as well as informing renters of the best deals available to them.

Fixflo advanced

Our basic integration with Fixflo allows new repair and maintenance issues created in Fixflo to be pushed back into SME Professional as holding reports. Users then assign these to the appropriate property, removing the need to manually add each new report.

Our new advanced integration allows Fixflo to sync data held in SME Professional into your Fixflo system, including properties, tenants, owners and contractors. It also means new Fixflo reports are added to SME Professional directly as open maintenance reports.

This functionality allows users to schedule viewing reminder text messages to be sent out on the morning of the viewing. Previously, users sent viewing reminders at the press of a button from the Viewings page.

Scheduled reminders will be sent to viewers at 8am on the morning of their viewing by default. This time can be amended by the Support team if required.

The following options have been to the Safety certificates and compliance page.

Previously, users added these by selecting the type 'Other'.

For lettings and sales properties, an 'Off-peak' dropdown is now available within the 'Electricity' section of the 'Utilities' tab (shown below).

Users can select from N/A, Economy 7 and Economy 10.

Most advertising portals allow property room dimensions to be sent in one unit type only (metres or feet). In addition to this, we are also able to pass 'Alternative display text'. This displayed these items on separate lines on the listings.

Some agents wished to display both feet and metres on their listings, as per how we display this information on our brochures. We have employed the same workaround as some other software providers to accommodate this.

Based on what is set as the room's width, length and unit, the system will automatically calculate the second set of dimensions. In our marketing feeds, both measurements will be appended to the start of any 'Alternative display text' entered in the system.

If the 'Alternative display text' field is already being used to hold dimensions information by you, we recommend removing this to prevent any duplication of dimensions on the property listing.

Sales viewing feedback is now an option in the 'Sales properties' menu, giving users a more direct path to access this page.
