Previously listed as coming soon, we are pleased to have released our simplified bank imports with our fantastic new Open Banking integration and are currently getting great feedback from clients regarding the new functionality.

This will automatically import transactions directly into SME Professional, eliminating manual imports.

This feature is available to clients using SME Professional Plus (which includes our franchise group customers).

Save time and streamline your property marketing with our AI description generator tool.

Located on the Descriptions tab of each property record, a new Generate button can be found beside every description field. This smart tool creates a preview description using key property details, which you can then review, edit, or regenerate before finalising.

Please remember to verify all AI-generated descriptions for accuracy before saving.

This feature is available to all users and can be switched off and on in the new Superusers area.

Our brand new Superusers page has now been released. This exclusive area (for users with access level 0) includes everything from the current Admin area, plus powerful new tools to manage system configuration including:

• AI feature activation

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

• Percentage management fees

• Branch set up

The ‘Admin page’ button on View all employees automatically links to this new area.

The sales overview icon has been updated to open in the same tab rather than a new tab. Users still wishing to open the overview page on a new tab can do so by pressing the right mouse button and selecting “Open link in new tab“.

The sales progression page now has accordion icons on the left of each row. Clicking on these icons allows the user to see all correspondence associated with the property.

We have enhanced our Rightmove integration to support real-time lead delivery. Instead of waiting for manual refreshes, Rightmove will send leads automatically as they are submitted on Rightmove.

For agents using Rightmove Enquiry Manager, a new ‘Run Rightmove credit check’ action is available, allowing quick access to credit checks directly through Rightmove.

Note: Credit check results won’t return to SME Professional due to consent restrictions.

For areas in the UK where lead water testing is required, please note users can do so using the “Water system review” option in the safety certificates section.

SME Professional now integrates with Nesti, allowing estate and letting agents to automate parts of their lead handling and communication processes while keeping data within SME Professional. Nesti’s AI Negotiators can respond to enquiries, ask qualification questions, and follow up across multiple channels, with activity syncing directly back to SME Professional in real time.

Once connected, the system reflects your agency’s tone of voice and workflows, helping ensure consistent communication with buyers, tenants, and applicants. Enquiries can be managed across phone, WhatsApp, websites, social media, and property portals, with appointments and updates recorded automatically.

The integration is designed to reduce manual administration, improve response times, and support teams in managing enquiries more efficiently within their existing processes.

SME Professional’s new integration with Yuno makes it easier to manage compliance requirements within your existing workflow. The integration brings Yuno’s compliance data directly into SME Professional, helping you understand what regulations apply to each property based on factors such as location, property type and occupancy.

Instead of relying on manual checks or external tools, you can view compliance requirements in one place and receive alerts when actions are needed. This supports a more consistent and proactive approach to compliance management.

By keeping key information accessible and up to date, the integration helps reduce administrative effort, improve oversight, and support clearer communication with landlords.

We have created a new export for the Government Valuation Office. This will allow users to easily create a report when requested to do so by the VOA.

Our latest AI tool will allow users to read floor plans using AI. The AI will read the floor plan and add rooms and their respective dimensions to SME Professional. Importantly, it is designed to list rooms in a sensible order as opposed to how they are located on the plan.

Work is progressing well on a new AML section for the software. This new section includes a traffic light system for everything from PEPs to Sanctions Checks.

We are currently working with suppliers on Making Tax Digital integrations. Work is complete at our side with work underway by the MTD providers.

We are currently working on a series of fantastic new updates to provide more functionality where rooms are let on a room-by-room basis (for example, some student lets). More information to follow in future updates.

We have extended our APIs to provide more functionality for booking viewings directly through our websites. Our website development team are currently working on great new functionality to take advantage of these new features.

We have a range of new functionality for enabling AI on our websites - both for searching on the website and for being found by AI systems. More details to follow.
