User activity logs

Activity logs are available to give users a clear overview of key actions. These logs have been assigned categories, and users can filter by action, including selecting multiple filters at once. The logs are available in two forms:

1. Company activity log

This provides a full organisational overview and can be accessed via the Activity log page in the Admin menu.

Please contact [email protected] if you would like to filter by branch and team.

2. Property activity log

This is a filtered view showing relevant property-related actions, and it can be accessed via the Activity log tab in the Property Overview page.

In this log, the property, management type, branch and team are not available as filters, as this tab is already filtered to the property.
