Potential tenants update

Updates have been made to the Correspondence > Potential tenant page to improve user experience.

For example, when viewing matched properties for a potential tenant, users now have greater control over what properties will be included in the matching email through the introduction of the 'Include in match email' column.

End tenancy update

An update has been made to the Tenants > End tenancy page to display the rent amount against each rent due date within the 'Select the date of the final tenant rent payment' dropdown.

The rent amount against the selected due date will be the value that is pro-rated.

Viewer details

Users can now set the viewer's address when adding a new viewing appointment or a viewer to an existing viewing. For sales viewings, the option to set the viewer's 'Applicant availability to buy' status is also available.

Users can still set this information in the potential tenant/buyer's record.

Branch column added to sales reports (Estate Agency)

For systems that use our combined-branch functionality (rather than individual branch systems), a 'Branch' column has been added to the following sales reports (available on Sales properties > Sales reports):

  • Property instructions

  • Property viewings

  • Property sales

  • Property fall through

  • Property exchanges

  • Property pipeline

  • Property stock report

  • Offers

Our branch feature allows properties and other system records, for example, potential landlords, potential tenants and potential buyers, to be assigned to a 'branch'. This can prove useful for reporting purposes on multi-branch systems.

For further information on branches, please contact our General Support team at [email protected].

Notice to quit documents (Scottish clients)

The Notice to quit and Section 33 documents have been removed from Scottish systems. The Private Residential Tenancy (PRT) was first introduced over 5 years ago, and these documents remained on our system for any remaining Short Assured Tenancies (SATs).

For any agents that have SATs still in place, our General Support Team can help with setting up new Notice to Quit and Section 33 document templates for use on Correspondence > Template documents.
