Activity log.

Our new Activity Log feature provides a overview of key system actions, including updates related to viewings, status changes, offers, and more — along with details of which employee performed each action.

The log includes multiple, combinable filters, allowing you to refine results and focus on specific actions within a chosen date range.

Each entry is categorised to make tracking similar actions easier. For example, to view recent sale price adjustments, simply select "Price update" from the Category filter.

You can access the company-wide Activity Log via Admin > Activity Log. Additionally, the log is now available as a dedicated tab on the lettings and sales property overviews, showing activity for individual properties.

HomeLet referencing.

We are pleased to announce our integration with Homelet referencing. We now have a dedicated section within the software which allows users to start and manage Homelet referencing applications.

LeadPro integration.

We are pleased to introduce a new seamless bi-directional integration between SME Professional and LeadPro - a lead generation and marketing suite designed to help estate agents streamline their lead management, improve efficiency, and convert more enquiries into instructions.

LeadPro enables agents to:

  • Automatically synchronise leads – Instantly capture and transfer LeadPro leads into SME Professional.

  • Enhance lead tracking – Keep a detailed record of every interaction.

  • Save valuable time – Reduce manual data entry and administrative tasks.

  • Optimise conversion rates – Leverage a seamless workflow to nurture leads effectively.

One Utility Bill.

One Utility Bill has an integration with SME Professional for easy and efficient utility switchovers. It has recently rolled out several new features to its Notify platform, including the Care of feature.

When acting on behalf of the landlord, users can now easily add ‘Care of’ information to the liable party details form when creating a vacancy. This new process includes a simple tick box directing users to a form for adding care of details.

It has also introduced its new exclusive partner programme, Notify+, which enables agents to earn even higher commissions from their tenant move-ins. Members also receive a bespoke commission plan as well training and support materials.

Property Information Questionnaire (PIQ).

SME Professional's new Property Information Questionnaire helps agents comply with their Material Information obligations by capturing all the relevant property information in a dynamic form.

This is an online branded form for your vendors and landlords to supply the extensive information needed to advertise their sales or lettings properties. The form is broken into a series of stages with fields appearing based on their selections - this saves landlords and vendors from some of the very large PDF or paper forms seen in use in the industry.

The form can be saved and returned to at a later date or passed to second person to continue.

It collects extensive details ranging from communal heating and flood risk to access rights and restrictions on a property. Once complete, it is returned to you as a pdf file via email. We plan to integrate this into the software in future.

You can view demonstration forms and an explainer video below:

The Property Information Questionnaire costs £29.95 +VAT to set up and then is charged on a rolling monthly basis at £14.95 +VAT for unlimited form submissions by your clients.

Sidebar removal.

We recently implemented an update to relocate common actions from the left sidebar to the top menu, removing the sidebar on pages with no additional actions. This it to allow more information to be available on screen.

Our work continues to extend this update across the system, beginning with pages that have a limited number of page-specific actions. This involves moving page-specific actions and filters above the page table.

In development

Open Banking.

We are in the early stages of developing an Open Banking integration designed to automate the import of bank transactions into SME Professional, eliminating the need for manual file uploads.

Further details will be provided as the project progresses.

Viewing appointment form.

We’re working on improvements to the process of adding viewings. This includes creating a new viewing form and integrating it into additional areas of the platform beyond the Viewings section, including improvements to the overview pages.

Further details will be shared in due course.

Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Following the successful release of our AI framework, we are now working on our next AI feature to generate property descriptions based on information stored against the property.

Further details to follow.
