We have launched a new Buyer overview page which consolidates all buyer-related information in one place.

To access it, simply click on the person icon within the Overview column available on different system pages, such as Potential buyers and the Sales property overview.

At the top of the page, you'll find details of the lead buyer and any additional buyers (Buyer 2/3/4). You can click on any email address or mobile number to reach out to any buyer directly.

The page also allows you to track the buyer's activity, including linked properties, viewings, feedback, offers, correspondence, and logs.

From the left sidebar, users can edit the buyer record, add new correspondence, add a new buyer log and view matched properties.

We recently updated our 'Add viewing appointment' form to streamline its layout and introduce new features.

In the 'Viewing communication' section, users now have the option to select which emails they wish to generate upon submission, including two new viewing request emails. These emails are standardised templates which can be updated upon request.

Additionally, viewing preference notes are now displayed in a text box rather than being accessed via hover-over. Users can also specify the Occupier status before submitting the form.

Please be aware that certain fields, such as 'Additional lead information' and 'Enquiry source', have been relocated to the new 'Additional details' tab.

Two new tenant statuses have been added, 'Awaiting application form' and 'Awaiting holding funds'.

'Awaiting application form' is now the default status for new tenants.

We've added an 'Upload brochure' feature on the Generate a property brochure page. This allows users to easily upload a copy of the final brochure after it has been amended.

A new 'Filter by priority' option has been added to Tasks > Task manager. This allows users to filter the results based on task priority.

The View appraisals page has been updated to display the names and contact details for all linked owners. Please note that the lead owner is displayed at the top of the owner list.

On the Property overview pages (lettings and sales), the 'Landlords/Owners' tab has been updated to highlight who the lead owner is.

'Valued by us' has been added as an 'Availability to buy status' option for potential buyers. This allows users to indicate whether the buyer has had a valuation done by the agency.

Zoopla has added additional fields to its marketing feed for important property information, such as annual service charges and annual ground rent.

To align with these updates, we've updated our Zoopla feed to use these new feed fields. This information has been removed from the long description where it was previously included.

On Contractors > View contractors, Professional indemnity insurance (PI) and Public liability insurance (PLI) expiry dates are now colour-coded to highlight due to expire or expired dates. These columns can still be sorted by date.

Amber = Expires in < 1 month
Red = Expired

Postcode fields throughout the system have been updated so that postcodes are auto-capitalised when entered.

We have developed the option to provide owners with a web link to marketing particulars for a property not yet on the market. This will allow owners to provide feedback without the need to send a brochure.

This should allow you to present a similar look and feel to what they will see on the portals and will remove the back and forth where updates to the look and feel of brochures are requested.
