Clearing pending bank detail changes
Bank detail changes can be set to require approval or rejection by a designated authorising user.
Authorisers can now clear pending bank detail changes directly from the property or contractor record by clicking the red cross next to the pending update.

Filtering potential buyers by no employee assigned
In the Potential buyers section, users can now filter to display buyers who have not been assigned to an employee.
Simply select 'No employee assigned' from the 'Filter by employee' dropdown menu.
Assigned to field update when adding tasks
When creating a new task, either from scratch or using a pre-defined template, the 'Assigned to' field will now default to the logged-in user.

Maintenance page updates
We've made a couple of updates to our Maintenance section:
Invoice reference text now appears in the 'Invoice received' column, making it easier for users to view the invoice details associated with the job.
A new maintenance category filter allows users to filter jobs by the assigned maintenance category.
Contact mailing list updates
Our landlord/owner mailing system exports have been updated to include:
Past owners
Current owners linked to past properties
Marketing consent
The marketing consent update has also been applied to our tenant and buyer mailing system exports.
You can find these mailing exports under Admin > Exports (landlords/tenants) or Sales properties > Reports (owners/buyers).
Editing property exchange date
The 'Actual exchange date' is automatically set when a property is marked as 'Contracts exchanged' and, previously, could not be edited due to its use in reporting.
Users with access levels 0 or 1 can now update the exchange date, which is stored in the 'Exchange' stage on Sales properties > View sales progression.
In development
HomeLet referencing
We are in the process of creating an integration with HomeLet referencing. This will allow users to submit referencing applications to HomeLet directly from their SME Professional system.
Activity log
We are currently developing an activity log. In Phase 1, we will introduce a new 'Company Activity Log' page to track system-wide activity, as well as integrating it into the lettings and sales property overviews to display activity for individual properties.
This log will display key property and system actions, relating to viewings, status updates, offers and more.
Superusers to manage settings
We are developing a new Admin page, accessible only to system superusers (access level 0).
This page will offer greater control over system configurations, including:
Enabling optional features
Configuring system and document settings
Managing third-party supplier integrations
