New 'Contacts' tab for viewings
We've added a new 'Contacts' tab to the 'Add viewing appointment' and 'Viewer's details' forms. This tab shows the names and contact information of property owners and current tenants.
Template documents - BCC update
On the 'Template Documents' page, users now have the option to choose whether recipients are included in the 'BCC' field or added to the 'To' field in the generated email.
The default setting is 'Add recipients to the To field.'
New 'Availability to buy status' option (Estate Agency)
We've added 'For sale with us' as an 'Availablity to buy status' for buyers. This lets users indicate whether the buyer is a current owner with their agency.
Note of Interest date set when adding an offer (Estate Agency)
When adding an offer, the Note of Interest date for the buyer will be automatically set if not already populated.
