What are the changes?
We have updated the software’s colours, fonts and made minor layout changes. There is no change in functionality and no training is required on the updated system.
Why have we made these changes?
SME Professional is committed to continuous improvement, as you can see with our regular software releases. These are improvements to the user experience. We have used the latest design principles to create an interface that is fresh, clean and clear to navigate.
Can I switch back to the old system?
Clients will be migrated to the refreshed system on 5 July, after which the older version will be retired and will no longer be available.
Can I have access to the upgraded system now?
Yes you can. Please contact [email protected] and our team will be happy to switch your system over.
Will there be more updates?
We will continue to make minor adjustments to the user look and feel of the software to improve user experience across the system. We will also continue to release regular feature updates as usual.
