Homebox integration

SME Professional has a new integration with Homebox. Homebox is a free software service that simplifies the process of setting up utilities during a change of tenancy. It manages everything from home setup for renters, periods when properties are void and providing accurate utility notifications.

Material listing update - Rightmove, OnTheMarket and JSON company website feed

The major portals have added additional fields to their marketing feeds for important property information, such as Council tax band and annual service charge.

Our feeds to Rightmove, OnTheMarket, and JSON company website have been updated to use the new feed fields. The long description will no longer include this information.

Please take note that some important information is still contained in the long description, as the portals have not yet added additional fields for these details.

Work to update our Zoopla feed is currently ongoing.

Viewing booked logs update to include the user's name

When a viewing is booked, the log added against the Potential tenant or Potential buyer now displays the user that booked the viewing.

'Payment due to' field default update

On the following forms, the 'Payment due to' field now defaults to the company name or HMRC, as appropriate.

Offer renegotiation (Sales)

We have recently rolled out an update that lets users renegotiate offers. Now, when editing a 'Pending' or 'Accepted' offer, users will find a 'Renegotiated' checkbox. Once selected, users can input the updated offer price and make any necessary changes before submitting.

Upon submission, the original offer will automatically change to 'Rejected' (for 'Pending' offers) or 'Withdrawn' (for 'Accepted' offers), and a new offer will be generated with the updated information.

For accepted offers that undergo renegotiation, the existing buyer process will be duplicated to the new offer to preserve previously entered sale information.

Buyer 'Viewing confirmation email sent' log (Sales)

After sending a sales viewing confirmation email, a 'Viewing confirmation email sent' log is now recorded against the buyer.

This log includes the property associated with the viewing and the user who sent the confirmation email.

Negotiator and valuer added to offers report (Sales)

Two new columns have been added to the Offers report (available on Sales properties > Reports), which display the name of the negotiator and valuer.

Sales property record updates (Sales)

We have updated the formatting of the 'Details', 'Features' and 'Descriptions' tabs on the sales property record to improve field locations and make the field groupings more intuitive.
