1. How do I keep track of viewing follow-ups?
The Viewings feedback page allows users to add/edit feedback and request feedback. Estate agency viewing follow-ups can be tracked via:
Go to Sales properties > Sales viewings feedback
Locate the Property
Click on the Edit pencil to access the feedback
The follow-up information can also be accessed via the Property Overview page.
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the Property
Click on the House icon
Click on the Viewings feedback tab
2. Where do I put sales progression notes?
Important notes can be logged against individual property records for internal reference. Sales progression notes can be added via:
Go to Sales Properties > View sales progression
Locate the Property
Click on the Actions and Views dropdown
Select Property notes
3. Can I see all notes in one place?
These notes appear on the main property page and can be seen by hovering the mouse over the clipboard icon.
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the Property
Select the House icon
Click on the Important Notes tab
Or
Go to Sales properties > View available properties
Locate the Property
Select the Actions and Views dropdown
Select Property Notes
4. How do I see the vendor's lawyer/solicitor on the Sales progression page?
In order for the owner's lawyer to show on the Sales progression page, their details must be added against the property record.
