1. How do I keep track of viewing follow-ups?

The Viewings feedback page allows users to add/edit feedback and request feedback. Estate agency viewing follow-ups can be tracked via:

  1. Go to Sales properties > Sales viewings feedback

  2. Locate the Property

  3. Click on the Edit pencil to access the feedback

The follow-up information can also be accessed via the Property Overview page.

  1. Go to Sales properties > View available properties

  2. Locate the Property

  3. Click on the House icon

  4. Click on the Viewings feedback tab

2. Where do I put sales progression notes?

Important notes can be logged against individual property records for internal reference. Sales progression notes can be added via:

  1. Go to Sales Properties > View sales progression

  2. Locate the Property

  3. Click on the Actions and Views dropdown

  4. Select Property notes

3. Can I see all notes in one place?

These notes appear on the main property page and can be seen by hovering the mouse over the clipboard icon.

  1. Go to Sales properties > View available properties

  2. Locate the Property

  3. Select the House icon

  4. Click on the Important Notes tab

Or

  1. Go to Sales properties > View available properties

  2. Locate the Property

  3. Select the Actions and Views dropdown

  4. Select Property Notes

4. How do I see the vendor's lawyer/solicitor on the Sales progression page?

In order for the owner's lawyer to show on the Sales progression page, their details must be added against the property record.
