Tenant Shop provides a utility management service that streamlines the notification process, resolves billing queries and offers a void solution.
1. Setting up
To have this integration set up, please email [email protected] and request an API key for Tenant Shop. Once received, please forward this to your Account manager at Tenant Shop, who will finalise the integration setup.
2. How it works
At regular intervals, Tenant Shop will pull the required data from your system to process tenant changeovers.
For changeovers within the last 28 days, Tenant Shop will automatically send Council, Water, Gas and Electricity notifications for new and vacating tenants, ensuring all bills are allocated correctly based on the meter readings provided.
Note: For the data to be accurate, it is important that users create and end tenancies where required and add meter readings.
