Pre-selection of images and features when generating window adverts and brochures

The system now automatically pre-selects the number of images required based on the chosen template. The 'Features' field will pull through any free-text features set against the property.

Users can change these selections before generating the document.

Previously, users would click to choose the images and features for window adverts and brochures.

Price matching criteria tolerance (Estate Agency)

Our system allows the matching of potential buyers to available properties based on the buyer's criteria.

This update allows for a system percentage tolerance level to be set for buyer-property matching. For example, if the system tolerance is 5% and the buyer has a maximum budget of £200,000, the system could match them to properties up to £210,000.

Note: Once set, the tolerance level will apply to all Estate Agency matching.

Logging sale price changes (Estate Agency)

On the Sales property overview, the 'Property status change history' tab has been renamed 'Change history'.

This tab will continue to log property status changes but now includes sale price changes.

For lettings users, changes to Advertised rent are already logged in the 'Rent history' tab of the property overview.

Potential buyer offer logs (Estate Agency)

Details of new offers and updates to the status of existing offers are now recorded in the 'Logs' section of the Potential buyers page (shown below).

On this page, click on the green arrow icon to view the logs for a specific buyer. Note, the icon will be grey if the buyer has no logs.

'Delete' column removed from the 'Potential buyers' page (Estate Agency)

The 'Delete' column has been removed from the Potential buyers page, preventing users from deleting open buyer records.

Users still have the ability to delete completed buyer records.
