Request a password reset from a superuser

Users can also request a password reset from any of their system superusers. To see who your designated superuser is, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Admin > View all employees

  2. Identify a user with an access level of 0. These users are designated as superusers

  3. Request a password reset from the superuser

Superusers can set whether a user must reset their password on their next login using the 'User must update their password upon next logon' checkbox, or generate a new password for the user.

If the user is still unable to access their system and no superusers are available to reset their password, please email [email protected] to request a password reset, as we can only respond to these requests in writing.
